Christoph, Skipper und Reiseleitung

After my studies in mathematics, I initially worked as a software developer for a few years.

I quickly realized that this office job wouldn’t fully satisfy me, so I began taking every opportunity to be out on the water. Thirty years ago now, after a sailing trip with friends, I decided to pursue my passion for sailing and immediately earned my first sailing license. After that, I initially organized a great many wonderful sailing trips, though only on a private basis.

Greece and Sardinia, in particular, have always captivated me, which is why I now have a very detailed knowledge of the area.

I now have over 30,000 nautical miles of sailing experience under my belt. Over the decades, I have led countless sailing trips as a skipper on the Baltic Sea, the Mediterranean, and the Caribbean.

Almost 5 years ago, I fulfilled my dream of owning my own boat and crossed the Atlantic twice.

The Caribbean became my second home; between Puerto Rico and Grenada, I got to know almost every island, and I formed personal bonds with many towns and their residents.

For a long time, my sailboat was my home away from home, which allowed me to experience the sea in all its facets firsthand.

Almost 5 years ago, I fulfilled my dream of owning my own boat and crossed the Atlantic twice.

My fellow sailors so far have appreciated my experience and the sense of calm and foresight that comes with it.

This year, I will be adding the Seychelles another fantastic sailing destination to my portfolio, as well as the Bahamas starting in April 2027.
